Julie Mockabee
Julie Mockabee graduated from Massachusetts College of Art with a BA in Art History. During her study she found herself constantly drawn to the work from the Bauhaus Era. She has done extensive research on the Bauhaus, Walter Gropius, and the effects of WWII on German Art. She has a published work in Bauhaus: Myth, Reality, Reevaluation that accompanied the Bauhaus Symposium that took place in Georgia in 2004. She also completed her Master’s Degree from Simmons College in Library Science with a focus on Archival Management in 2013. She lives in Yarmouth with her husband and three children, and together with her husband, they own and run Vanguard Moving Services in Hyannis.
